KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that each of the undersigned as directors and/or officers of JACKSON NATIONAL LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY (Jackson), a Michigan corporation, hereby appoint Laura L. Prieskorn, Marcia Wadsten, Susan S. Rhee, Scott J.
