Addendum No.1 to Contract №840/08624332/1620-15 between JSC INM and IsoRay Medical Inc.
This addendum extends the validity of the contract between Joint Stock Company Institute of Nuclear Materials (JSC INM) in Russia and IsoRay Medical Inc. in the USA until March 31, 2016. All other terms of the original contract remain unchanged. The agreement covers the delivery of goods to IsoRay Medical Inc. via Seattle or Portland airports, with JSC INM as the seller and shipper. The addendum is legally binding and may be signed by email.
