Addendum No. 3 to Supply Contract Between JSC Isotope and IsoRay Medical Inc.
This addendum updates the supply contract between JSC Isotope (seller) and IsoRay Medical Inc. (buyer) for the delivery of additional lots of dehydrated water soluble cesium-131 salt. The delivery period is extended to August 31, 2014, and the contract amount is increased accordingly. All other terms of the original contract and previous addenda remain unchanged. The addendum is legally binding and may be executed by email.
