Addendum No. 6 to Contract No. 840/08625142/31/22-21 between Isotope JSC and IsoRay Medical Inc.
This addendum updates the payment terms of an existing contract between Isotope JSC (the seller) and IsoRay Medical Inc. (the buyer), allowing SphereRx, LLC to act as the paying party for shipments. All other terms from the original contract and previous addenda remain unchanged. The addendum is legally binding and may be executed via fax or email.
