Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. 840/08625142/31/22-21 between JSC Isotope and Isoray Medical Inc.
This addendum updates the original contract between JSC Isotope (Seller) and Isoray Medical Inc. (Buyer) for the supply of goods. It allows for a new manufacturer and shipper, increases the total shipment activity and contract amount, and confirms that all other terms remain unchanged. The addendum is legally binding and forms part of the original contract, which remains in effect. Both parties have signed the addendum electronically.
