Addendum No. 2 to Supply Contract Between JSC Isotope and Isoray Medical Inc. (July 12, 2020)
This addendum, dated July 12, 2020, modifies the existing contract between JSC Isotope (the seller) and Isoray Medical Inc. (the buyer). It increases both the total shipment activity and the contract amount, with specific figures omitted for confidentiality. All other terms of the original contract and prior amendments remain unchanged. This addendum is considered an integral part of the original agreement and may be executed via email.
