Intuit Inc. Forgiveness of Loan Interest Letter to Richard William Ihrie

The note was originally dated November 28, 2000, and amended on June 27, 2001. This letter, dated December 3, 2001, serves as formal confirmation of the decision to forgive the interest as of October 23, 2001.
