Amendment No. 2 to Special Use Permit for Winter Sports – City and County of Denver, Winter Park Recreation Association and U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service
This amendment updates the special use permit originally issued to the City and County of Denver and the Winter Park Recreation Association by the U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service. The amendment replaces the previous permit map with a new one dated July 13, 1990, and confirms that the permit covers approximately 7,630 acres for winter sports activities. All other terms of the permit remain in effect, and the amendment is accepted by both parties as of July 1990.

This permit covers 7630 acres more or less.
Replace Permit Map, Exhibit A dated 12/9/83, with new permit map dated, 07/13/90.
This Amendment is accepted subject to the conditions set forth herein and made a part of this Amendment.
