Foreign Exchange Transaction Memorandum between BNP Paribas and International Rectifier Corp. (May 8, 2006)
This memorandum outlines the economic terms of a series of foreign exchange transactions between BNP Paribas and International Rectifier Corp. under their existing ISDA Master Agreement. International Rectifier agrees to sell Japanese Yen and buy U.S. Dollars at a fixed rate on specified dates from June 2006 to March 2011.
