Addendum to Independent Contractor Agreement for President Services
This addendum is between a company and an independent contractor, assigning the contractor to provide services as President for a monthly consulting fee of $5,000. The fee may be adjusted based on the company's cash flow from sales. This agreement replaces a previous project assignment dated May 1, 2019, and is governed by the terms of the existing Independent Contractor Services Agreement. Any conflicting terms in this addendum are invalid. Both parties have signed to confirm their acceptance.

NOTE: The Project Assignment dated
5/01/2019 is null and void. This Project Assignment supersedes the Project Assignment dated 5/01/2019. This Project Assignment is governed by the terms of an Independent Contractor Services Agreement in effect between Company and Contractor. Any item in this Project Assignment that is inconsistent with such agreement is invalid.
