Summary
PlanGraphics, Inc. and Frederick G. Beisser have agreed to extend Mr. Beisser's employment agreement, originally effective January 1, 2002, through January 31, 2006. The extension continues under the same terms and conditions as the existing contract. Mr. Beisser is asked to confirm his acceptance by signing and returning the letter, or to request a discussion if he wishes to negotiate changes.
