Summary
ImaRx Therapeutics, Inc. established this Management Bonus Plan for vice presidents, senior officers, and other designated employees. The plan offers eligible participants the opportunity to earn quarterly and annual bonuses based on the achievement of company, department, and individual performance goals. Bonuses can total up to 50% of a participant's base pay per year. Eligibility and bonus payouts depend on continued employment, meeting all specified goals, and not engaging in competitive activities. The plan is subject to annual renewal and may be modified or terminated at the Board's discretion.
