Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement Between MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc.
MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc. have agreed to amend their original loan agreement dated August 20, 2021. The amendment extends certain deadlines: the period referenced in Sections 7.1 and 7.2 is changed from 365 days to 863 days, now ending December 31, 2023, and the date in Section 7.3 is extended from August 20, 2027, to December 31, 2028. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of August 20, 2022, and was signed on March 15, 2023.
