Amendment No. 1 to Convertible Promissory Note Between MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc.
This amendment, signed by MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc., changes the maturity date of their original Convertible Promissory Note from May 5, 2021. The new maturity date is set to December 31, 2024, instead of the original twelve-month term. All other terms of the original note remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of May 5, 2022, and was executed on March 15, 2023.
