Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement Between MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc.
MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc. have agreed to amend their original loan agreement dated August 20, 2021. The amendment extends certain time periods in Sections 7.1 and 7.2 from 365 days to 863 days, now ending on December 31, 2023, and changes the date in Section 7.3 from August 20, 2027, to December 31, 2028. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of August 20, 2022, and was signed by both parties on March 15, 2023.
