Amendment No. 1 to Convertible Promissory Note Between MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc.
This amendment agreement, signed by MetaWorks Platforms, Inc. and Fogdog Energy Solutions Inc., changes the maturity date of their original convertible promissory note from twelve months to December 31, 2024. All other terms of the original note, dated May 5, 2021, remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of May 5, 2022, and was executed on March 15, 2023.
