Sales Agreements between HPT TA Properties Trust/LLC and TA Operating LLC for Travel Centers (June 2015)
HPT TA Properties Trust and HPT TA Properties LLC entered into four sales agreements with TA Operating LLC to sell travel center properties located in Michigan, Virginia, California, and Indiana. The agreements, dated June 16 and June 23, 2015, specify the sale of each property for a set purchase price. The agreements are substantially identical in all material respects and outline the transfer of ownership of the specified travel centers from the sellers to the purchaser, TA Operating LLC.
