Robert F. Hussey has submitted his immediate resignation as Chief Operating Officer of Augme Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiary, Hipcricket, Inc. The letter, addressed to CEO Paul Arena, states that the resignation is not due to any disagreement with the company regarding its operations, policies, or practices. The resignation is effective immediately.
