Sharon K. Fowler and Garner Investments, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing Farmout Agreement related to Lease #06-00321. The new expiration date is December 31, 2009. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged except for the updated date. This extension is mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.
