Summary
Hines Nurseries, Inc. and Quantum Ventures, LLC orally agreed to amend their existing agreement for the sale of about 121.92 acres of land in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The amendment extends the buyer's due diligence period to October 31, 2005, and moves the closing date to November 7, 2005. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged.

Effective on October 26, 2005, the parties orally agreed to amend the Agreement pursuant to which the diligence period was extended until October 31, 2005 and the closing date was extended to November 7, 2005.
