Amendment to Employment Agreement between MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG and Matthias Bodenstedt (June 22, 2021)
MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG and Matthias Bodenstedt have agreed to amend their employment agreement. The amendment changes the start date of Mr. Bodenstedt's employment to July 1, 2021, replacing the previously agreed date in their original contract signed on May 27, 2021. All other terms of the employment agreement remain unchanged. Both parties have signed the amendment to confirm their agreement.

The Parties hereby agree that the employment relationship of the Employee with the Employer shall commence on July 1st, 2021. This new commencement date shall substitute the previously agreed upon date in section 2 of the Employment Agreement that was signed by the Parties on May 27th, 2021.
