Lease Addendum #1 to Lease Agreement between 660 Tudor Square, L.P. and Helius Medical Technologies, Inc.
This addendum extends the lease between 660 Tudor Square, L.P. (landlord) and Helius Medical Technologies, Inc. (tenant) for the premises at 642 Newtown Yardley Rd, Suite 215. The lease term is extended by one year, now ending on March 31, 2026. The base rent for the extension period will be $3,750 per month plus $297 per month for electricity. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.
