Amendment No. 1 to Lease Agreement between Gold Pointe C, LLC and Health Net, Inc. (11971 Foundation Place, Rancho Cordova, CA)
This amendment updates the lease agreement between Gold Pointe C, LLC (landlord) and Health Net, Inc. (tenant) for office space at 11971 Foundation Place, Rancho Cordova, California. Effective November 22, 2002, it revises the premises size, tenant's proportionate share, lease dates, and base rent schedule. The lease now covers approximately 141,151 square feet, with Health Net responsible for 96.77% of building expenses. The lease runs from July 8, 2002, to January 7, 2013, with specified rent amounts for each period. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.
