Trustee Notice of PIK Interest Election for Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company LLC Senior Note
Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company LLC notifies Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee, that it elects to pay all interest due for the period starting April 1, 2009, on its Senior PIK Election Note dated March 26, 2007, in the form of Payment-in-Kind (PIK) interest. This means interest will be paid by issuing additional notes rather than cash. The notice is sent in accordance with the terms of the note agreement.
