Hawker Beechcraft Acquisition Company LLC notifies Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee, that it has elected to pay all interest due for the period starting October 1, 2009, on its Senior PIK Election Note dated March 26, 2007, in the form of payment-in-kind (PIK) interest. This means interest will be paid by issuing additional notes rather than cash, as allowed under the terms of the note.
