Waiver of Director Cash Fees by Russell C. Hirsch for Hansen Medical, Inc. (2009)
Russell C. Hirsch has agreed to waive all cash fees owed to him for serving as a non-employee director of Hansen Medical, Inc. during 2009. This waiver covers all annual retainers and meeting fees, including those for service on any board committee. The agreement is addressed to Steve Van Dick of Hansen Medical, Inc. and is effective for the entire 2009 calendar year.
