Waiver of Director Cash Fees by James M. Shapiro for Hansen Medical, Inc. (2009)
James M. Shapiro has formally notified Hansen Medical, Inc. that he is waiving all cash fees owed to him for serving as a non-employee director during the 2009 calendar year. This waiver covers all annual retainers and meeting fees, including those related to his service on any board committees. The agreement is effective for the entire 2009 year and applies only to cash compensation for board service.
