Stipulation for Settlement of Claims among Ironridge Global IV, Ltd., Green Innovations, Ltd., and Related Parties

Summary

This agreement is a settlement stipulation between Ironridge Global IV, Ltd., Green Innovations, Ltd., and individual officers, resolving all claims in a legal action. Upon court approval, the lawsuit will be dismissed entirely, but the court will retain authority to enforce the settlement terms. The agreement is signed by representatives of both companies, their legal counsel, and certain individuals, and is effective as of July 23, 2013.

Upon entry of the Order approving this Stipulation, the Action shall be dismissed in its entirety, with the Court retaining jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the Stipulation and Order by ex parte application, judgment, motion or other proceeding under Section 664.6 of the California Code of Civil Procedure.
