Amendment to Letter of Intent for Reverse Takeover between Green Dragon Wood Products, Inc. and Zeecol Limited
Green Dragon Wood Products, Inc. and Zeecol Limited have agreed to amend their previous Letter of Intent regarding a reverse takeover transaction. The amendment extends the deadline for closing the transaction to January 31, 2017. Both parties have signed this letter to confirm their agreement to the new closing date.
