Extension Agreement to Letter Agreement between Silicon Graphics, Inc., Silicon Graphics, Ltd, and Steve Coggins (June 30, 2005)
This agreement, dated June 30, 2005, is between Silicon Graphics, Inc., Silicon Graphics, Ltd, and Steve Coggins. It extends the end date of a previous Letter Agreement from January 10, 2005, to September 30, 2005. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. Steve Coggins confirms his acceptance by signing the letter.

Reference is made to the Letter Agreement, dated 10 January 2005, between you, Silicon Graphics, Ltd and Silicon Graphics, Inc. (the “Letter Agreement”). This will confirm our agreement to extend the End Date under the Letter Agreement to and including 30 September 2005. All other terms and conditions of the Letter Agreement will remain unchanged.
