Notice of Commitment Reduction under Revolving Credit and Security Agreement between Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc., GBDC 3 Funding LLC, and Signature Bank
Golub Capital BDC 3, Inc. and GBDC 3 Funding LLC have notified Signature Bank that they are reducing the maximum borrowing commitment under their Revolving Credit and Security Agreement from $275 million to $180 million. This change will take effect on November 26, 2021. The letter serves as formal written notice of this reduction, as required by the agreement.
