Letter Amendment to Iridium Global Service Provider Agreement between Iridium Satellite LLC and Aircell, Inc.
This letter amendment updates Exhibit C of the Iridium Global Service Provider Agreement between Iridium Satellite LLC and Aircell, Inc. The amendment revises the schedule of wholesale prices for Iridium satellite services, including voice and data call rates, monthly access fees, and charges for value-added services. The new pricing applies both globally and within the Australian region, and Iridium reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. The amendment is effective as of July 30, 2003, and is signed by representatives of both companies.
