Extension Agreement to Loan Agreement between Intelligent Fingerprinting Limited and GBS, Inc. dated October 4, 2022
Intelligent Fingerprinting Limited and GBS, Inc. have agreed to extend the final repayment date of their existing loan agreement, originally dated June 16, 2022. The new final repayment date is now set for October 4, 2024. Both parties have confirmed their acceptance of this extension in writing. No other terms of the original loan agreement are changed by this extension.
