This amendment updates the Automatic Variable Annuity Reinsurance Agreement between Western Reserve Life Assurance Co. of Ohio and WMA Life Insurance Company Limited, now renamed Global Preferred Re Limited. The amendment changes the name of the reinsurer and updates the list of authorized distributors for annuity contracts to include WMA Securities, Inc., World Financial Group, Inc., and World Group Securities, Inc., along with their successors and affiliates. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged and in effect.
