Consent to Assignment of Lease by 157 Lane, LLC and Jigsaw Puzzle, LLC to Global Casinos, Inc.
157 Lane, LLC and Jigsaw Puzzle, LLC, as landlords, consent to the assignment of a lease originally held by Doc Holliday, LLC to Global Casinos, Inc. This consent is given in accordance with Section 8 of the original lease agreement. The document formalizes the landlords' approval for Global Casinos, Inc. to take over the tenant's rights and obligations under the lease as of September 29, 2007.
CONSENT
Reference is made to the Lease by and between 157 Lane, LLC and Jigsaw Puzzle, LLC (collectively, the “Landlord”) and Doc Holliday, LLC (“Tenant”) (the “Lease”).
The undersigned Landlord hereby consents to the assignment of the Lease to Global Casinos, Inc., 5455 Spine Road, Suite “C”, Boulder, CO 80301.
This consent is given pursuant to Section 8 of the Lease.
