Notice of Termination of Purchase and Sale Agreement between GP Nursing Home, LLC and 820 Small Street, LLC
GP Nursing Home, LLC, as the purchaser, is formally notifying 820 Small Street, LLC, the seller, of its decision to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement originally dated December 16, 2014, as amended. The agreement involved the sale of certain property and was previously assigned to GP Nursing Home, LLC by Global Healthcare REIT, Inc. The letter also demands the return of the deposit as provided for in the agreement. This notice is sent in accordance with the terms set out in Section 3.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
