Notice of Termination and Demand for Return of Deposit under Purchase and Sale Agreement between 1310 Third Street, LLC and CC Nursing Home, LLC
CC Nursing Home, LLC, as the purchaser, is formally notifying 1310 Third Street, LLC, the seller, of its decision to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement dated December 16, 2014, as amended. This notice also includes a demand for the return of the deposit, as allowed under the agreement. The letter is signed by representatives of both CC Nursing Home, LLC and Global Healthcare REIT, Inc., and is sent in accordance with the contract's terms.
