Notice of Termination of Purchase and Sale Agreement between LV Nursing Home, LLC and 112 Ruthlynn Drive, LLC
LV Nursing Home, LLC, as the purchaser, formally notifies 112 Ruthlynn Drive, LLC, the seller, of its decision to terminate the Purchase and Sale Agreement originally dated December 16, 2014, and amended on January 22, 2015. The agreement involved the sale of property and was previously assigned to LV Nursing Home, LLC by Global Healthcare REIT, Inc. The letter also demands the return of the deposit as stipulated in the agreement. This notice is sent in accordance with the terms set out in Section 3.2 of the Purchase Agreement.
