Distribution Agreement between Core-Mark International, Inc. and F.I.T.T. Energy Products Inc.
Core-Mark International, Inc. and F.I.T.T. Energy Products Inc. have agreed to a partnership for the distribution of F.I.T.T.'s energy and ED products. Core-Mark will begin distributing these products in California, Nevada, and Arizona, with plans to expand nationwide. The agreement expresses an intention for a long-term, mutually profitable relationship. The letter is signed by Core-Mark's President and outlines the immediate start of the distribution plan.

This letter is to confirm that Core-Mark International Inc. has teamed up with F.I.T.T. Energy Product Inc. to distribute their energy products as well as the ED products. This new innovation in the energy product category gives us a great opportunity to distribute and introduce this new product to our customer base.
The plan is to launch the F.I.T.T. Energy products in California, Nevada and Arizona starting immediately and move on cross-country to the other divisions.
