Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Waypoint Capital Management

Summary

Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Waypoint Capital Management have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for certain commodity pools, including CTA Capital LLC, Citigroup Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., and Capital Global Diversified Futures Fund L.P., through June 30, 2010. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by both parties signing this letter.
