Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc.

Summary

Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for three commodity pools—Potomac Futures Fund L.P., Global Diversified Futures Fund L.P., and CMF Campbell Master Fund L.P.—through June 30, 2011. All other terms of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension is confirmed by signatures from both parties.
