Management Agreement Extension between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Blackwater Capital Management LLC
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Blackwater Capital Management LLC have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2013. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The extension applies to the management of CTA Capital LLC, Emerging CTA Portfolio L.P., Global Diversified Futures Fund L.P., Blackwater Master Fund L.P., and Spectrum Technical. Both parties have acknowledged the extension by signing this letter agreement.
