Management Agreement Renewal Letter between Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Altis Partners (Jersey) Limited
Ceres Managed Futures LLC and Altis Partners (Jersey) Limited have agreed to extend the term of their existing management agreements for several commodity pools until June 30, 2015. All other terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal applies to six specific funds managed by Altis Partners. Both parties have acknowledged and accepted this extension by signing the letter.
