Management Agreement Renewal Extension between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and Campbell & Company, Inc. and Aspect Capital Management Ltd.
This agreement extends the term of existing management agreements between Citigroup Managed Futures LLC and both Campbell & Company, Inc. and Aspect Capital Management Ltd. for various commodity pools. The extension is valid through June 30, 2005, with all other terms and conditions of the original agreements remaining unchanged. The parties are required to acknowledge and accept this extension by signing and returning the letter. No other modifications are made to the original agreements.
