Second Term Renewal Addendum to Lease Agreement between Mehland Developers and Geerlings & Wade

This addendum renews the lease between Mehland Developers (landlord) and Geerlings & Wade (tenant) for an additional three years, from March 2, 2001, to February 28, 2004.
