This addendum renews the lease between Mehland Developers (landlord) and Geerlings & Wade (tenant) for an additional three years, from March 2, 2001, to February 28, 2004. The rent during this renewal term will increase annually based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI). All other terms and conditions of the original lease remain unchanged.
