Lease Agreement between Galecto Biotech ApS and Symbion A/S for Office Space in Copenhagen
Galecto Biotech ApS and Symbion A/S entered into a lease agreement for office space at Ole Maaloes Vej 3, Copenhagen, effective from May 1, 2021, to January 31, 2025. Galecto must pay an annual rent of DKK 1,336,703 (including VAT) and provide a deposit equal to three months’ rent. The space is to be used as offices, and subleasing is not allowed. Galecto may terminate the lease with three months’ notice at the start of a month. Any modifications to the premises require the landlord’s written approval and agreement on costs.
