Lease Agreement between Galecto Biotech ApS and COBIS A/S for Office and Laboratory Space (May 2020)
Galecto Biotech ApS and COBIS A/S entered into a lease agreement for office and laboratory space at Ole Maaloes Vej 3, Copenhagen, Denmark. The lease runs from June 1, 2020, to October 31, 2021. Galecto must provide a deposit equal to four months’ rent and pay DKK 73,300 per month, including VAT. The space can be subleased to tenants in the same industry.
