Summary

This addendum to the existing license agreement between S&P Comstock, Inc. and First International Financial allows First International Financial to operate a secondary site, managed by Exodus Communications, Inc., for maintaining and servicing S&P Comstock's equipment and data. First International Financial will enforce S&P Comstock's data rights at this site. The addendum specifies additional monthly and installation fees for the new site and will remain in effect for the same duration as the original agreement. All other terms of the original agreement continue to apply.
