Amendment to Change of Control Agreement between Franklin Wireless Corp. and Yun J. Lee
Franklin Wireless Corp. and Yun J. (David) Lee have agreed to extend the term of their existing Change of Control Agreement, originally dated October 1, 2020. The new expiration date for the agreement is September 30, 2024. This amendment simply extends the duration of the original agreement, with all other terms remaining unchanged.
