Amendment to Change of Control Agreement between Franklin Wireless Corp. and OC Kim
Franklin Wireless Corp. and OC Kim have agreed to extend the term of their existing Change of Control Agreement, originally dated October 1, 2020. The new expiration date for the agreement is September 30, 2024. All other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. This amendment is effective as of September 25, 2023.
